CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Collin County promotes and protects the best interests of children in foster care who have been removed from their home of origin because of of abuse or neglect. By providing highly trained volunteer advocates to improve the child's quality of life and serve as their voice within the court system, CASA works to ensure these children are placed in a safe, permanent and loving home.
