About Our Foundation
SRS Raise the Roof Foundation believes growth comes from investing in our people and the communities we serve. Guided by this philosophy since the SRS leadership team established our Foundation in 2012 and our Heritage Cares program in 2021, our organization and team members are driven by a simple yet powerful mission: “AND GIVE BACK.” Our Core Pillars are threefold:
- Address community needs like food insecurity, abuse, child safety, homelessness
- Serve veterans, first responders, service members and their families
- Support disaster relief, recovery and rebuilding initiatives for impacted area

Our Causes
Our Raise the Roof Foundation and Heritage Cares program truly reflect that the best way to give back to our communities is to draw upon our SRS and Heritage companies’ unique business culture: linking the skills and passions of our employees with philanthropic dollars.
As a result, SRS Raise the Roof Foundation and Heritage Cares have become champions of causes and organizations that support veterans and their families as well as those that address disaster relief and other local community needs.
Time to Give
SRS and Heritage team members frequently share their priceless gift of time to support community partners and causes. Through volunteerism, we offer thousands of ‘free’ people hours each year to provide and assist with meal service, food drives, clothing and hygiene kit donations, disaster relief supplies and initiatives, roof or housing repairs and renovations, holiday gifts and birthday party kits for children, care packages and blankets for veterans and military families and many other activities to Give Back. We enjoy and appreciate the opportunity to volunteer when it is time to serve our neighbors!
